TriGranit opened its new A class, two-building Bonarka 4 Business office complex in Krakow. Together with the new development project, the investments of TriGranit in Poland amount to €600 million.
The Bonarka 4 Business (B4B) office in Krakow, opened today, were developed jointly by TryGranit Development Corporation and IPR. The complex offers a total of 15,692 sqm office space.
TriGranit has been active on the Polish market since 2005, and apart from Bonarka 4 Business, the company’s investments in Poland include Silezia City Center and Oak Terraces in Katowice, and there are investments in Bydgoszcz and Poznan currently under development.
“The investments of TriGranit in Poland exceeds €600 million and the total development area is over 400,000 sqm”, Simon Bailey, chief development officer of TriGranit Corporation commented the opening.
The B4B project was designed by Biuro Architektoniczne Artur Jasinski I Wspolnicy, and space in the two buildings of Bonarka 4 Business has been leased at nearly 100% by Jones Lang LaSalle. Among the tenants there is already a fitness club offering a fitness room, an exercise room and a swimming pool on 1,850 smq.
