Székesfehérvári Hűtőipar (Fevita) projects profits of HUF 170 million-180 million in 2009, with revenues forecast 5% up from last year, deputy CEO Lászlo Kuthy told MTI on Friday.
The company had profits of HUF 160.8 million last year on revenues of HUF 4.5 billion.
The company processes around 20,000 tons of fruit and vegetables per year and has storage capacity for a similar amount.
The company, which employs 330 workers, holds 22%-23% of the Hungarian market for frozen fruit and vegetables.
Székesfehérvári Hűtőipar exports 40% of its products. (MTI-ECONEWS)
