The Széchenyi hunting lodge in Rábasebes (NW Hungary) has been offered for sale for a second time, for almost HUF 400m, business daily Napi Gazdaság said on Thursday.
Several investors have showed interest, therefore it seems possible that the property will change hands eight years after it went under liquidation, liquidator József Katona told the paper.
The current owner of the hotel, SZVRT Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft, owes its creditors HUF 1bn.
The hotel has been offered for HUF 398m, the same price as in the previous tender. Bids can be submitted by November 14.
