Synergon appoints second CEO to oversee group

IT company Synergon IT Rt announced on Friday it would create a second executive position to oversee the Synergon group, in addition to the executive position over the parent company. Synergon's board decided on the measure at a meeting on March 2. Effective March 3, Zoltán Radnóty will become CEO of the Synergon Group, and as of April 18, Zsolt Tóth will become the CEO of the parent company Synergon IT. Synergon IT’s current CEO Loránt Száray is leaving his position as CEO on April 18 by mutual agreement.
In other news, Synergon also announced that it received a Ft 200 million order to build a network for broadband internet access in Sárbogárd, southwest Hungary and three surrounding villages. The company won the contract in a tender called under the Economic Competitiveness Operative Programme (GVOP).
