SGS Közraktár, a public warehouse for grain established by the SGS group, aims to take about 10% of market share in Hungary this year and wants to become market leader in the mid- to long-term with a 30-35% share, sales director Gergő Darányi told MTI.
Hungary's public warehouse market was worth HUF 300 billion - 400 billion in 2008, when the market was shared by four players, Darányi said. Last year, the market contracted to just HUF 100 billion and there were just two players, he added.
