Energy efficiency company RFV on Friday said it successfully closed the sale of HUF 1.4 billion of corporate bonds to institutional investors, “in line with expectations”.

RFV said earlier it would offer HUF 2 billion of the bonds to institutional investors, starting November 22.

The retail offering of the bonds is “progressing well”, RFV said. RFV said earlier it would offer HUF 500m of the bonds to retail investors between November 22 and December 3.

The bonds mature in three and a quarter years and carry a fixed 10.44% coupon. They are priced to yield 10.6%.

RFV closed its first, HUF 2 billion bond sale in September.

RFV is using the proceeds from the sales to finance ongoing projects. (MTI-Econews)
