Raiffeisen plans new hires at transactions center in NE Hungary

Raiffeisen Bank is making developments at its transactions center in Nyíregyháza and will boost staff by 170, deputy-CEO Martin Melkowitsch said at a press conference on Tuesday. Headcount at the center, established last year, was to reach 150 in the first twelve months; now, it is set to rise to 320 by December 2014, Melkowitsch said. In the mid-term, staff numbers at the center could reach 500-600, he added. The center handles back office tasks at the country level. It is located in the city's college, which helps to train staff.
