PSzÁF fines MKB Bank for aggressive business practices

Hungarian financial regulator PSzÁF said it fined MKB Bank HUF 5 million for misleading and aggressive trade practices.

A customer service representative of the bank advised a client against making a complaint, explaining that the complaint was likely to be rejected and the client charged a HUF 12,000 fee, PSzÁF said. (MTI – Econews)
