The Hungarian unit of Austrian construction company Porr has won a tender to build a section of the M0 ring road around the capital with a bid of net HUF 28.4 billion, the National Infrastructure Development Company (NIF) told MTI on Monday.
Porr submitted the lowest valid bid in the tender, beating Nemzetközi Vegyépszer as well as a consortium of A-HÍD Építő, KÖZGÉP, STRABAG-MML, MAGYAR Aszfalt and COLAS Hungária.
The construction of the stretch, between the M6 motorway and main road 51, is to be completed by Q3 2012. (MTI-ECONEWS)
