Hungarian-owned plastics industry company Pannon Effekt has installed two new high-capacity container machines at a cost of HUF 170 million at its plant in Debrecen, managing director Nándor Czabán said at a press conference on Friday.
Pannon Effekt won a HUF 50 million development grant from the 2007 Economic Development Operative Program for the project, Czabán said. The two machines will boost plastic container and barrel capacity by a million units a year. The company will raise staff numbers from 76 to 83 as a result. Pannon Effekt aims to boost revenue over HUF 1.7 billion within three years from HUF 1.3 billion in 2008. (MTI-Econews)
