Hungarian security company Őrmester wants to draw in capital to finance further technical developments and make acquisitions in 2-3 years, the company told MTI on Wednesday, the first day its shares traded on the Budapest Stock Exchange.
Őrmester said earlier that it would list its shares on the bourse but planned no issue of new shares. Őrmester listed 259,830 shares with a nominal value of HUF 1,000 apiece on Wednesday.
Őrmester had consolidated revenue of HUF 2.15 billion in 2009. Unconsolidated revenue reached HUF 1.63 billion. The company has units in Serbia, Slovakia and Romania. (MTI-ECONEWS)
