The number of landline telephone connections in Hungary fell 17,000 to 3,107,000 in November from October, the National Communications Authority (NHH) said on Friday.
The percentage of households with a land line fell to 61.51% in November from 61.92% in October.
Total duration of calls initiated was 526m minutes in November, up 6m from October. Total duration of initiated calls per landline increased to 169.3 minutes in November from 166.4 minutes in October. The average duration per call rose to 3.23 minutes from 3.08.
About 8.3% of landline calls were made using dial-around services in October. Total duration of calls made using dial-around services came to 44 million minutes. (MTI - Econews)
