German fast-food fish chain Nordsee will open its second restaurant in Hungary in just days, Botond Pekár, managing director of Mafish, which owns franchise rights for Nordsee in Hungary, told MTI.
The new restaurant will open in Váci utca, a pedestrian street that draws many tourists.
Pekár declined to reveal the cost of the restaurant. However, earlier he said a new Nordsee restaurant costs several hundred million forints. At the time, he also said Nordsee could triple its revenue in 2010 from more than HUF 100 million in 2009.
Nordsee opened its first restaurant in Hungary, in Budapest's West End City Center, a year and a half ago.
Nordsee also plans to open a third restaurant in Budapest by the end of the year. (MTI – Econews)
