Nissan says to cut 64,000 more units of Japan output

  Nissan Motor said on Thursday it will cut its car production in Japan by an additional 64,000 units in February through March in the face of a steady slide in global car demand.

Nissan Motor the third-largest Japanese carmaker, in which Renault SA holds a 44% stake, said it would continue to implement production adjustments if market conditions require a further action. (Reuters)
