Hungary's National Infrastructure Development Company (NIF) on Tuesday declared - for the third time - a consortium led by the Hungarian unit of France's Colas the winner of a tender to build a 34-kilometer stretch of the M3 motorway in NE Hungary with a bid of HUF 32 billion.
Colas will build the stretch with Strabag Építő, Közgép Építő- és Fémszerkezetgyártó and Kelet-Út.
The consortium won two earlier tenders to build the stretch, but NIF's decisions were invalidated by the Public Procurement Arbitration Committee. (MTI-Econews)
