Budapest's fourth-district local-council has published a new tender for construction of a restaurant planned in the basement of the district city hall after annulling the first tender for building of the facility in March, the latest edition of the Public Procurement Gazette revealed.
Companies submitting bids to build the 480-square-meter restaurant must have generated an average of at least HUF 90 million (€339,879) in revenue over the last three years to be eligible.
Deadline for submission of bids is May 25, while the winner of the tender will be announced on June 30.
CONSTRUM Beruházó és Kivitelező was the only bidder in the first tender. (MTI-ECONEWS)
