NetJets, a company that offers fractional ownership and rental of aircraft, aims to strengthen its position in Hungary, Vadim Horiszny, NetJets' newly appointed chairman in Hungary, said in an announcement.
In spite of the economic and financial crisis, NetJets Europe operated 371 flights from Hungary in 2008, 83% from Ferihegy International Airport, the company said.
NetJets Europe has a fleet of 165 aircraft, making it market leader in the fractional ownership segment. The runner-up has just one-fourth the number of aircraft NetJets does. (MTI-ECONEWS)
