MNV undertakes obligations of HUF 41.22 billion in first four months of 2010

Hungary's National Asset Management Company (MNV) assumed HUF 41.22 billion (€148.13 million) in obligations during the first four months of 2010, the organization revealed on its website on Friday.

MNV noted in the documentation related to Hungary's change in government that HUF 39.06 billion of the HUF 41.22 billion in obligations undertaken in the first four months of the year pertained to 2010.

MNV said that resolution of Hungarian national airline Malév's capital situation accounted for HUF 20.7 billion of the organization's 2010 obligations, while a HUF 2.16 billion ownership loan to the airline constituted another 2.16 billion of its 2010 commitments.

MNV reported that the National Land Fund owned 1.9 million hectares of land worth HUF 626.2 billion in 2009. (MTI-Econews)
