Marionnaud and dm drogerie markt had the highest overall score on an evaluation of Hungarian cosmetics and household products chains by International Service Check (ISC), data from test purchases show.
Marionnaud scored an overall 87.5% in the evaluation and dm scored 82%.
In an evaluation of shop presentation in Hungary, Marionnaud, dm and Müller all scored 100%. In the product display category, dm, Müller and Rossmann all had perfect scores.
In an evaluation of service quality, Marionnaud scored the highest, with 95.3%, followed by Müller, with 84.6%. In the customer loyalty category, dm was in first place, with 68%, followed by Schlecker, with 46%. (MTI-ECONEWS)
