Hungary’s main telecoms firm Magyar Telekom will get €38.3 million in extra dividend from its Montenegrin unit following a decision at an extraordinary general meeting, the company said.
“Based on today's extraordinary general meeting decision, Crnogorski Telekom is paying out €50 million extraordinary dividend to its shareholders,” it said in a statement. “Magyar Telekom, which has a 76.53% stake in the company, is entitled to an extraordinary dividend payment of approximately €38.3 million,” it said.
