Hungary's state-owned postal company Magyar Posta on Wednesday said it is interested in the privatization of its Romanian peer, responding to a query by MTI. Magyar Posta said it could decide on a possible investment in Romania based on a review of the opportunities and conditions related to the privatization. The Romanian government on Monday said it will sell its 51% stake in Posta Romana. The privatization dossier will be available for €50,000 from March 11. Offers for the stake can be made until April 11. A second round will follow.
