The first Central-European air-conditioning technology retraining center of South Korean electronics company LG Electronics Inc opened in Budapest yesterday.
The center cost €500,000 ($682,000) and is located on the premises of LG Electronics Hungary Kft. The center will host post-gradual trainings, primarily for designing engineers and air-conditioning technicians, but university or college students will also take part. The company plans a turnover of €240 million ($327 million) this year, 30% more than it had in 2006. (Magyar Hirlap)
