Huntsville's Intergraph Corp., a global software company, has acquired an Austrian software company for an undisclosed amount.
In an announcement Tuesday, Huntsville's Intergraph Corp. officials said they bought the software operations and assets of GISquadrat AG, which is based in Vienna, Austria, and provides geospatial software and services to more than 200 local government and utility customers in Austria, Germany, Croatia and Hungary.
„The GISquadrat acquisition advances our mission to deliver differentiated spatial information management software to our customers and target markets around the world,” said R.
