Hungary's Macher aims to supply aircraft industry

Hungarian machinery and electronics company Macher Gépészeti es Elektronikai expects plans to get its quality assurance certification for aircraft parts to boost revenue by a third next year, managing director Endre Macher told MTI. Macher wants to get the AS/EN 9100 certificate in February, Macher said. Supplying the aircraft industry is expected to boost revenue to HUF 1 billion in 2011 from HUF 750 million in 2010, she added. Macher , established in 1991, exports its products to countries all over the world. It employs a staff of 88. Macher expects to close 2010 with profit of HUF 60m-70m. In 2009, at the height of the crisis, it broke even on revenue of HUF 510m, Macher said. (MTI-Econews)
