The number of mobile internet subscriptions in Hungary rose to 1,209,000 in October from 1,175,000 one month earlier, the National Media and Communications Authority (NMHH) said.
The number of active mobile internet subscribers - those who used the service at some time during the previous three months - climbed to 933,000 from 908,000, NMHH said.
Mobile internet subscribers transferred 1,269,000 gigabytes of data in October, up from 1,191,000 in September.
Vodafone's market share in terms of subscriber numbers fell to 24.94% in October from 25.09% in September, T-Mobile's dropped to 46.44% from 46.45%, while Telenor's grew to 28.62% from 28.46%.
In terms of the number of active subscribers, Vodafone's market share grew to 27.06% in October from 26.90% in September, Telenor's dropped to 24.79% from 24.83%, while T-Mobile's share fell to 48.15% from 48.27%. (MTI – Econews)
