State-owned air traffic control company HungaroControl has called a negotiated procedure for $1.2 billion in liability coverage in the latest issue of the Public Procurement Gazette.
The contract would run from April 1, 2011 until March 31 of the following year.
The deadline for announcing a wish to participate in the procedure is January 31. Bidders who make it to the second round will be announced on February 11 and the contract is expected to be signed on March 21.
Allianz Hungária and the Hungarian office of Chartis Europe won a similar tender a year earlier, offering the coverage for a premium of $1.4 million. (MTI – Econews)
