Marengo, a company owned by property developer Indotek Group, expects to open a 1,500sqm, HUF 200 million business incubator in Szeged (SE Hungary) in October, head of sales at Indotek, Tamás Sellyey, announced at a press conference on Tuesday.
Marengo has already started construction on the incubator. The company expects 90-100 businesses in the building. The incubator house is open for SMEs not older than three years. Marengo received a HUF 131 million tender funding from the investment.
