Japanese optical company Hoya opened its internation training center in Budapest on Tuesday. The center will provide opportunity for European oculist professionals and optometrists to get to know the latest technologies and get professional information about them.
Hoya invested HUF 340 million in the center, located in Vörösmarty tér, downtown Budapest. Training focuses on users of presbyop glasses, reflecting on the development of the progressive lenses and vision dispairs of the older generation.
Hoya is present in Hungary since 1999 and has developed market leader of Central European region since then. (BBJ)
