About half of managers at Hungarian companies expect the declines in their own segments of the economy to end within twelve months, a survey by consultancy Ernst and Young shows.
One-quarter of these managers saw their segments turning around within six months.
Only one-fifth of managers said their company's financing position had improved in the last six months.
One -third of managers surveyed said they were confident the economy as a whole would start to recover within a year.
The survey was of managers at 40 Hungarian companies.
