GVH fines Fakro for misleading advertising

Hungary's Competition Office (GVH) said it fined window seller Fakro Magyarország HUF 1 million for misleading advertising.

Fakro said in advertisements that its windows were better than its competitors', without backing up the claim.

GVH said Fakro's acknowledgement it made the claims without proof as well as its cooperation with GVH were mitigating factors. (MTI – Econews)
