Graphisoft Park, a company listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange that owns and operates a business park in the north of the capital, had net profit of €61,000 in the first half, in line with the target and compared to a €547,000 loss in the same period a year earlier, the company said in a report.
Revenue climbed 9% to €3.66 million. But operating costs jumped 18% to €491,000, causing operating profit to fall 8% to €1.37 million.
The company booked €1.2 million in financial expenses, well under the €1.67 billion recorded in H1 2009, lifting the bottom line. The company had total assets of HUF 77.5 billion on June 30, down 3% from the end of December. Graphisoft Park said it did not plan any additional development at the park, but would continue to maintain and modernize existing buildings. (MTI – Econews)
