The assets of Hungarian lace curtain maker Gardenia have been offered by liquidator AFI Felszámoló és Vagyonkezelő for a combined HUF 186 million, business daily Napi Gazdaság reported.
Gardenia's stocks are being offered for HUF 95.5 million, the company brand for HUF 50 million, office equipment and infrastructure for HUF 30 million and vehicles for HUF 11 million.
The company's shareholders initiated liquidation against the company at an EGM last spring. At the time, it had net assets with a book value of HUF 170 million and liabilities, including a large amount of unpaid taxes, of HUF 470 million. (MTI – Econews)
