Hungarian property developer Futureal on Tuesday said it would build a 20,000-sqm office building on Váci Street, one of Budapest's main thoroughfares, for consultancy firm KPMG.
Futureal will start construction in 2012 and KPMG will be able to move into the building in 2014. The consultancy has signed a ten-year lease for half of the building.
Futureal declined to reveal the cost of the building, how it is to be financed or its exact location when asked by MTI.
