The board of Hungarian property-holding company Fotex will propose at the company’s April 28 annual general meeting paying a dividend of HUF 46.5 million (€161,038) from profit reserves.
Fotex announced on March 27 that it would propose paying a 30%-of-nominal value dividend on 2008 profits for preference shares, but no dividend for ordinary shares.
Fotex reported consolidated 2008 audited net income of HUF 797.42 million on Friday evening. Fotex has 70.72 million shares listed at the Budapest Stock Exchange. The company has paid no dividend the last two years. (MTI-Econews)
