Hungarian holding company Fotex said its Dutch unit Fotex Netherlands bought two office buildings there to rent out.
Fotex bought a 4,964-square-meter office building in Zoetermeer and a 7,222-square-meter-office building in Gorinchem. Fotex did not reveal the purchase price of the buildings.
Fotex has signed long-term leases with Nutricia Netherlands, a unit of Danone, and Dutch insurer Trias/Unive for the buildings.
Fotex announced in March it set up Fotex Netherlands to establish, develop and manage a property portfolio there. (MTI – Econews)
