Externet board seeks to list shares in Frankfurt

The board of internet and telecommunications service provider Externet on Wednesday said it will ask shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on February 10 for a mandate to list the company's shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Externet announced the EGM on January 10, but did not detail the proposals. About 0.2% of Externet's shares are in free float, data updated on August 31, 2010 show. (MTI-Econews)
