Bakonyi Erőmű's new €75 million plant is expected to go online by the end of June, CEO Géza Modos said when asked by MTI on Tuesday.
The peaking power plant, which will supply electricity to the network when demand is high, is being built by the state-owned Hungarian Electricity Works (MVM) and Euroinvest, owned by the construction magnate Sándor Demján.
