Est Media Holding shareholders to consider reorganization plan

The board of Est Media Holding will propose a reorganization plan to shareholders that aims to put the company in the black at operating level, even without its event organizing unit and excluding restructuring costs, in the second half of the year, the agenda for an extraordinary general meeting slated for June 24 shows.


Est Media Holding shareholders gave the board a mandate to draw up the reorganization plan at an annual general meeting on April 29. Csaba Balazs, the company's chairman, told shareholders at the AGM that the reorganization had already started and blamed the company's losses on the contracting media market.
