Dunaferr subsidiary opens HUF 1 bln warehouse in Hungary

  Dutrade, a subsidiary of steel company ISD Dunaferr, opened a 3,500-square meter, HUF 1 billion (€3.59 million) warehouse in Miskolc (northeast Hungary) on Friday.

Dutrade Commercial Manager Attila Pintér said the company generated 2008 revenue of HUF 50 billion, one-third more than a year earlier. Dunaferr is owned by Ukraine’s Donbass and Switzerland’s Duferco.

Financial Minister János Veres, who attended the warehouse opening, said the government is committed to the preservation of the Hungarian steel industry. (MTI-Econews)
