Hungarian construction magnate Sándor Demján as sole owner has set up a company with registered capital of HUF 1 billion, the business weekly HVG reported in its fresh issue on Thursday.
The new company's operations include business and management consulting, real estate utilization, construction project management and claims collection, according to its company court registration.
“We have set the company up for future investments”, CEO of the new company Imre Mécs said.
Demján told the daily Népszabadság that the company will finance exclusively Hungarian investments, businesses that are promising but struggling with a shortage of capital. He emphasized to the paper that the new company is not a venture capital firm, but an investment company. (MTI-ECONEWS)
