Czech work clothes maker Cerva Export Import buys Hungarian peer

  Cerva Export Import, the biggest maker of work clothing in Eastern Europe and the second-biggest in all of Europe, has bought Hungarian peer Vektor Munkavédelmi, Czech weekly Tyden reported in its latest issue.


Cerva Export Import had profit of 139 million Czech koruna (€5.65 million) on revenue of Ft 1.6 billion in its business year ended March 31. Cerva Export Import was acquired by Russia’s Vostok-Servis in 2006. (MTI-Econews)
