The Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) approved an offer by France's Centrale Cooperative Agricole Bretonne (CECAB) to buy the shares it doesn't already own in Globus Rt, Hungary's biggest canner and condiment producer.The transaction was approved after Globus requested on June 15 to delist its shares, the company said in a stock exchange statement late yesterday. The French company already owns a 51.1% stake in Globus, which it bought for Ft 460 a share in a buyout offer closed last month.
