Bericap Hungary, a supplier of caps to drink makers such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi, plans to invest HUF 1.5 billion this year at its plant in Székesfehérvar (NW Hungary) to meet growing demand, business daily Napi Gazdaság said on Thursday.
The German-owned company will install new injection moulding machines that use 20-25% less energy than older equipment. The company will also make environmental investments at its plant.
Last year, Bericap Hungary spent HUF 1.2 billion to boost capacity.
Bericap Hungary expects revenue to grow to HUF 13.5 billion in 2011.
The company employs 170 people. (MTI Econews)
