Israeli-owned property developer Autoker Holding has completed a HUF 100 million beach at its Marina Part residential and recreational complex in the north of Budapest.
Autoker built the 1,172-home complex at a cost of HUF 40 billion. In addition to the beach, residents may also make use of a HUF 150 million harbor. Autoker will next build a sports centre at the site.
The harbor, which has about a hundred slips, is operated by Magyar Kikötő, which also operates harbors on the Hajógyári Island in Budapest, in Szentendre and Sződliget, as well at several locations on the Tisza River and Lake Tisza. (MTI-Econews)
