The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Hungary has published a Hungarian-English and English-Hungarian dictionary of best practice management and business ethics terms.
Laszlo Czirjak, who heads the AmCham committee that published the dictionary, told MTI the aim of the volume was to disseminate in the public consciousness words and expressions, together with their meanings, that were little known before. Another goal was to strengthen the connections between the academic world and business, he added.
The committee published a similar dictionary in 2007. The latest dictionary expands and reworks material in the earlier one.
AmCham has published 3,000 copies of the dictionary. It may also be downloaded from the chamber's website in digital form, free of charge.
