Hungarian veterinary-drug company Alpha-Vet Állatgyógyászati generated turnover of HUF 10 billion in 2010, up just over 6% from 2010, company owner Attila More told MTI.
More said that Alpha-Vet will make a HUF 50 million investment to expand and modernize its veterinary hospital in Székesfehérvár this year and will begin a similar project at a plant purchased from peer Phylaxia 1912 Holding for HUF 560 million last year.
More added that he expects Alpha-Vet to post after-tax profit of HUF 400 – 500 million in 2011, noting that the company projects a further 10% increase in turnover this year.
