Albacomp targets 50% revenue rise in 2010

Hungarian IT company Albacomp targets consolidated revenue of HUF 15 billion in 2010, up sharply from HUF 10 billion in 2009, when turnover plunged 30%, in part because of the crisis, CEO Janos Minarovits said.

The company targets operating profit of HUF 300 million in 2010. In 2009, Albacomp made a loss.

Revenue is set to rise as government orders pick up and projects are started, Minarovits said. The emphasis will be on services this year, as last year, he added.

In Q1, Albacomp had revenue of HUF 3.5 billion. (MTI – Econews)
