AAM Zrt, an independent management and IT consultancy company, said it had revenue of Ft 2.322 billion in 2005, 38% more than in the previous year.
Business expanded the most in AAM's banking and financial sector segment. In 2006, AAM targets revenue of Ft 3 billion. The company includes in its consolidation AAM Management IT Consulting and AAM Technologies.
AAM aims to expand abroad and has set up its first foreign unit in Romania which generated most of its revenue abroad last year. Exports accounted for 16% of revenue. AAM said it increased the number of employees to 156 and set up an information security management system in order to expand its business in 2005. In August, AAM became the first IT consultancy in Hungary to receive the ISO BS7799 certificate. AAM is planning to set up more subsidiaries with its own resources in the future.
