Discount airline Wizz Air has made its tickets available from three units of the Tesco retail chain, daily Népszabadság reported. The project is currently in the pilot phase, the success of which will determine whether or not the airline will go ahead with the plan. In Hungary, only about 75% of Wizz Air sales are made over the Internet, while in Western Europe online sales account for 90%-95% of the carrier?s turnover. The budget airline is offering paper tickets to Internet-shy Hungarians for a flat price, these become valid 30 days after the purchase for any destination with the exception of Palma de Mallorca.
