Mobile phone company Vodafone Hungary Rt announced yesterday that it had signed a contract with Mol Rt, Hungary's leading oil company, to be its chief mobile service provider from September 1, 2005, business daily Napi Gazdaság reported. Mol said it opted for Hungary's third largest mobile communicator because of its favorable offer for corporate solutions and strong international background. The deal is unique: this is the first service package to cross the Hungarian border, as Mol subsidiaries in Slovakia and Romania will also use the Vodafone network.
